Hey Rajesh,
The only way to have the Purchase Order ID automatically without modifying the hash csv is to give your hardware vendor consent to upload hardware hashes on your behalf. Your vendor must be a CSP or OEM for this to work.

When ordering devices, your vendor will upload the hash to your tenant and most of the time can include the purchase order ID and a group tag for the order.
