Group Policy analytics: Only compatible settings are shown
When clicking on the 99% it only shows the compatible setting, but I am interested in what does not work with intune. This doesn't make sense and I am not able to migrate to Intune. Any ideas...

i think thats an error in Intune. I would open up a ticket for that. I always got the compatible & not compatible settings.
Or you manualy check the settings which where imported or not. With 99% compatible, there only 1% left. You can open the .admx or xml file with editor an search for the settings.
