Granting broadFileSystemAccess Permission When Deploying UWP App With Intune

We have a LOB Xamarin UWP app that is deployed to users via Intune. This app specifies a broadFileSystemAccess permission requirement in the manifest. Is it possible to have the Intune deployment automatically grant access so that the user doesn't have to go into Settings -> Privacy -> File system to grant it manually?
