Hello, how to enable fingerprint to windows 10 devices?

Hi Mark346121095,

e.g. on a Lenovo test device and installed drivers for fingerprint reader the WHfB setup asks for Fingerprint and PIN. Same like seen here in the video:

Yes, but after joining to intune fingerprint dissapears.

    Hey Mark346121095,
    
    it's possible to use biometrics and it is working with Intune. I have customers actively using Fingerprint and Hello with Intune. Maybe the setting allow biometric is not working in your environment. Can you check the registry for:
    
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Policies\PassportForWork\Biometrics\UseBiometrics = 1
    
    if this is set to 1 and there is no driver issue, it should allow you to use biometrics.
