Feature Update through Intune(MEM) not working as expected and machines are not getting the update

here are a few possible reasons why your feature update through Intune(MEM) is not working as expected and machines are not getting the update:

• The target feature update is not yet available in Intune. Intune typically releases new feature updates a few weeks after they are released to the public. To check when a feature update will be available in Intune, see the Windows 10 and Windows 11 update release schedule: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/windows11-release-information.
• Your feature update policy is not configured correctly. Make sure that your feature update policy is configured to target the correct devices and that the target feature update version is specified correctly.
• There is a problem with your Intune environment. This could be a problem with your Intune infrastructure, your network, or your devices.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following:

1. Verify that the target feature update is available in Intune. 
   To do this, go to Devices > Windows > Feature updates for Windows 10 and later in the Intune admin center.
2. Check your feature update policy. Make sure that the policy is configured correctly and that it is targeting the devices that you want to update.
3. Review the Intune logs. The Intune logs can provide you with information about any errors that may be preventing devices from receiving the feature update.
4. Try updating devices manually. If you are unable to update devices using Intune, you can try updating them manually using the Windows Update Assistant.
   
   If you have checked all of the above and devices are still not updating, you can try the following:

• Manually remove any safeguard holds.
• Install any missing required drivers.
• Temporarily disable any third-party applications that may be blocking the update.
