Yes, it can be cleared. Did you check the duplicated attributes and try to remove the duplication. Maybe screenshot to understand it better?

I am pretty new to this. Basically I think what it says that a user has a same email, but different User Principal Name (on-premises is different on Azure). Since I already remove the AD Connect, I can do a update or remove the conflicting value. Please advise.

- Moe_KinaniDec 29, 2022Bronze ContributorOk. Make sure you matching the attributes before syncing to the cloud. There is soft match and hard match. Soft match is when the onprem attribute matches Azure and sync happens. Hard match is to force the match between the two. I highly recommend reading some examples online before doing the hard match.
