Error 80190190 Entra Join Device
Hi,
What is the scope? Is it limited to Entra Join only, or does it also include Intune Managed devices?
Review device enrollment restrictions and conditional access policies. User-driven enrollments are often evaluated as "Personally Owned" devices by default, but there may be missing information to confirm if this applies in your scenario.
Also, check the option in Entra under Device Settings: "Users may join devices to Microsoft Entra."
Service Problem maybe, but is not listed for yestarday in Service Health, hmm...

Ah, I think I had too much turkey last week! I was thinking service issue at first as well due to the timing, but after digging in a little more I realized that we have a subset of devices that show managed by Defender Endpoint (MDE) vs Intune, so I may need to move to that group.
I don't remember 'onboarding' the devices in question (or that 'offboarding' them is so involved). I wacked it via Entra instead for now and that seems to have got it working. Given the warning when I tried to delete from Intune, it seems like that may have triggered the add/remove behavior?
