Dropbox overlay icons missing

Hi,

I am managing a few computers with Microsoft Intune.

When I install Dropbox on Intune managed computers, I always check that everything has synced and that it is on the latest stable Dropbox version.

But about 6 months ago the Dropbox overlay icons started disappearing from explorer and the OneDrive icons started appearing instead. 

I Tried to change the position in the register so they are at the top, but it did not work.
I Reinstalled Dropbox several times and with different versions.
I have turned off OneDrive on the computers.
It is installed with admin privileges.
I do not have any special domain rules. 

I have had contact with Dropbox and we think this is a settings/policies error in Intune.

Is there any known setting or policy that i may have missed for Dropbox? Or anyone else who has the same problem?
