Device undock in Intune

Hello,

ok i was a little bit to overeager: in MS Endpoint Manager Admin Center \ all devices i undock and remove a device for testing purposes. Now i have the problem that i'm only able to login at this device with one account AND only with HELLO Pin. Of course i didn't remember the Pin...

I was able to login with the account on another device and to change the HELLO Pin - but it won't work on the "undocked" device.

Is there a possbility to reregister the device again, that i'm able to login with password?

Thanks a lot!

    Hi adminaaronast

I’m understanding that you deleted an Azure AD device from Intune, and because the user isn’t able to access with password, I think if the device is removed from azure or lost its connection to Azure AD.

The possible solution here is to access the PC with a local account and rejoin it to Azure AD + Intune. If you don’t have local account, it will be very difficult to do anything to it, maybe password rest or reimage the device.

    Hope this helps!
    Moe
