Hey Degerlunden,
they actually re-introduced the bug in service release 2002 in Intune. But an follow up fix was rolled out so it should be fixed again. Maybe not all tenant received the fix due to staged rollout procedure but they actually fixed the intermediate re-introduced bug.

It is Feb 2021 and I got "Defender system scan schedule conflict" with ATP baseline. Anyone else getting this error back? Could it be the error got reintroduced?
