Device Owners

Hi Everyone,

Relatively new to inTune and attempting to manage educational devices with EndPoint Config & InTune.

All devices are corporate owned and shared, so could be used by many different users.

I've noticed inTune has a primary user associated with many devices, assuming this is the first user logged in, is there a way to stop a primary user being associated?

    Hi B0wer21 ,

    You just need to assign it as Shared Mode, if you click on the Device in Intune- Properties- Remove Primary User.
