Device don't report to Windows Update for Business reports

Hey there,
do you have the following Policies in Place on all of your Clients:
- Configuration Settings\System\Allow device name to be sent in Windows diagnostic data --> Allowed
- Configuration Settings\System\Allow Telemetry --> Basic
- Configuration Settings\System\Allow Telemetry (User) --> Basic
- Configuration Settings\System\Configure Telemetry Opt In Change Notification --> Disable telemetry change notifications.
- Configuration Settings\System\Configure Telemetry Opt In Settings Ux --> Disable Telemetry opt-in Settings.
Be aware, that the Report is quite slow, we actually got true numbers after one week or so.
