Deploying M365 apps on new laptops via Intune

1. Set Up Intune:

• Make sure you have an active Microsoft Intune subscription.
• Configure Intune with your organization's settings.

1. Create M365 App Deployment Profile:

• In the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, go to Apps > All apps.
• Click on + Add to add a new app.
• Choose Office 365 Suite (or the specific M365 apps you want).
• Configure the deployment settings, including installation behavior, update settings, and user experience.

1. Assign the App:

• After creating the deployment profile, assign it to a group of users or devices.
• Go to Apps > All apps, select the M365 app, and click on Assignments.
• Choose the user or device group to which you want to deploy the app.

1. Monitor Deployment:

• Monitor the deployment progress and status in the Endpoint security > Overview or Apps > Monitor > Deployments sections of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
