Deploying company portal app - new store (0x87D1041C)
What is the recommended way to deploy the company portal app? The Microsoft Store for Business is deprecated! But the MS help refers to the old store for Business: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us...

Well no need to do all this in fact when the compagny portal is updating to version 11.2.119.0 all is going well after that and the application status is showing installed. Looks like Microsoft push a new update who is repairing the trouble!!!

Any updates on this issue? I see the reply from June saying a newer version resolved things, but I am seeing the exact same issue here in September. I'm trying to run the github script but struggling to get it to run at all (still troubleshooting how to deploy). Really surprised the core issue hasn't been fixed yet since it would seem like a ton of people would be in this same scenario (Company portal original deployed from old store, new deployment erroring on install).
- H3nk13TSep 25, 2023Brass ContributorIs that a shared device scenario? We have the same issue. App is deployed on user basis and that's where the issue is. Users shutdown the pc before the app is deployed, app install cannot be detected etc.
Install it device based instead of user based (if you install it for shared devices) to reduced the fault factor.- Mathg76Sep 25, 2023Brass Contributorin device shared don't have trouble also...

1. Win32 apps not detected by Company portal
