DEP enrolled iPad Mini 4 in kiosk mode wont turn off
Hi all, We have deployed 16 iPads in kiosk mode (Google Chrome app). They are all DEP enrolled. My colleague is telling me that the one she has and others wont turn off using the power button...
If the iPad is plugged in, you cannot turn it off by holding the Power/Home buttons, it will just reboots.
Here is how to turn it off, unplug the iPad and then hold the Power/Home buttons for 8-10 seconds. The device should turn off and stay off. At list this works on our iPad Air 2 devices.

Apple needs to fix this issue. We should be able to turn it off when plugged in but keep charging if needed.
