Dell Firmware Very Slow to Appear in Intune Driver Updates

We'd love to give Dell or MS those details but as I said Dell point the finger at MS and MS said to get support with have to pay! So not the best service really from either provider.

From what I can see this update is not appearing in the MS Update Catalogue, so you're correct that it will therefore not sync down via autopatch in Intune. Question is, why is the update not in the catalogue? Given that firmware updates for other Dell Latitude models we have are receiving firmware updates, and we have previously received update for this model, I'm little perplexed why it has now stopped for this specific model.

Packaging the update in Intune is not our preferred option due to Bitlocker suspension and the prospect of users in the field ending up with a laptop asking for a recovery key.

The main reason for posting here was to gauge if anyone else out there has a similar issue or if someone from MS is listening maybe they could either explain what's going on or maybe nudge Dell.
