We’ll test disabling Delivery Optimization for Windows Update downloads and forcing updates from SCCM distribution points to see if that stabilizes the behavior we’re seeing after 24H2. In our environment, DO appears to be starting downloads and then stalling/retrying, especially on larger packages.
If disabling DO and enforcing direct downloads from DPs improves consistency, that would point more toward a DO client behavior change after 24H2 rather than a pure content or boundary issue.
Appreciate the suggestion — I’ll update the thread with results.
