Thank you so much Rudy, you were to the point what I was asking for. So, now there is no way I can set the users password NOT TO EXPIRE with any kind of variable? The only option is using a Powershell script? I am yet to follow your article and understand how it could be done. Let me read through it. I might have more questions on it.

    SFAIK the powershell script is the only option out there to solve it... maybe if laps is introduced we have some more power over that setting
