Configuring multiple teamsite libraries to sync with onedrive

We re migrating our file shares up to the cloud and using OneDrive to auto map the teamsie libraries, which is working very well.

The issue now is where people are in multiple groups and pick up multiple policies it doesnt add them together and map all the libraries it throws up a conflict as one policyt has been applied and doesnt apply the other.

Is there a way round this ?   

Maybe have one policy and just let the perms block others from showing ?  Has anyone tried that ?
