Company portal, Intune
For last 10 days I can't able to access Outlook & Teams thru mobile.
In desktop have access to do it.
Error shows, Your company support has not given you access to use this app
I have Office 365 E3 license
suseendhar, what is the mobile device manufacturer, if android what is the version ?

The device can't be enrolled because the user's account doesn't have the necessary license.
I guess the company you work for changed something as Intune isn't a part of the Office 365 E3 license
