Hi Shoaib,
Perform basic checks.
- Entra ID > Devices - check if it is already there. Delete if yes.
- Check Autopilot Devices in Intune - this is actually recommended.
- On the device, run dsregcmd /status. If AzureAdJoined = YES, it’s already connected.
- Settings → Accounts → Access work or school → Disconnect
- Reboot → enroll again via Company Portal
Worst case, just reset the device to clear any hidden state.
