This error usually means your device is already registered with your organization’s management system, so it can’t be enrolled again. You can try removing the existing work or school account from device settings, restarting the device, and then enrolling again. If it still shows the same message, your IT admin may need to remove the old device entry from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) before you try again.
