- shoaib2000Jun 23, 2021Copper ContributorHi all,
We have tried the advice on the above post from Coopem16 but still to no affect.
We've played with MAM and MDM settings and unchecked "the allow my organisation to manage my device".
We've tried manually removing devices from Azure AD and still to no effect.
Could someone please help us. We really want to rollout Intune to our organisation but we just can't get past this deadlock.
If someone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,

Hi Shoaib,
If your device OS is Windows 10, could you try the following steps
1. Sign in the device
2. Go to Setting - Account - Access Work or School
3. Delete any work or school account listed there
4. Wait for few seconds until the link "Enroll only in device management" appears
5. Click on the link and follow the instruction
6. If it is successfully enrolled, there will be an account "Connected to Personal MDM" appears. And you can see it in Azure or Endpoint Manager
Hope it could help
Regards,
