Company portal can not connect to Microsoft Intune
In our tenant all Android and iOS users can not sign in to company portal app with error "The company portal cannot connect to Microsoft Intune". Has anyone faced the same issue recently ?
- No, deployed quite a few iPad/Android phones for testing recently. Do you have this on-prem at the office location or outside too? Do users have the same issue at home at their own Wi-Fi or when using 4g?
- Thanks for your reply. I checked with security team here in our environment and got to know SSO gateway was down, this issue has been resolved now.
SurajMalusare_8758 Ok, you have a 3rd party SSO (Okta?) which blocked the authentication flow? Good to hear that it is resolved now!
