company portal - unable to deploy "not applicable"
Hello,
Am I missing something obvious? The company portal app won't deploy to the user or device and give a "not applicable" status in intune.
Thanks in advance!

Uninstall- SebastiaanSmitsSteel ContributorHi do you use autopilot to register the devices, if so can you please verify you followed these steps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/store-apps-company-portal-autopilot
Especially step 7 - "Change Install behavior to System.."
If no Autopilot can you use the above link to verify your steps of deploying using Microsoft Store app (New) - system context is not necessary if you like to have the app install with user login..- Justin_NalingCopper ContributorLet me look into this and get back to you. I am not using auto-pilot.
