This is indeed true, Root and issuing certificate are assigned to device group while scep cert is assigned to user group as it generates error when assigned to the same device group (Certificate is of type user) and error does not return any details.
Then you should assign the root and issuing ca to the same user group as well.
That also does not work unfortunately. Does not even generate an error.
What's the status? Pending as before? Can you perhaps share a screenshot of your assignments over here?
