Only Entra Joined or Hybrid Joined devices can be update, not registered. Are the devices PC's or MAC's?
I don't believe Mac devices can be updated.
I discovered that all of our MAC devices won't give me the option to update it, but the Windows devices do. Is it confirmed that all MAC devices don't give that option or could that be a setting/policy issue?
