Hi, to fix the “Change primary user” button being grayed out in Intune, ensure the device is marked as “Corporate” (not BYOD), that it isn’t locked by an existing Autopilot assignment, and that you have the Intune Administrator role or a role with the right permissions (check scope tags). If the device is co-managed with SCCM, verify that Intune is set to manage user assignments. In some cases, you may need to remove the device from Intune (or reassign it in Autopilot) and re-enroll it.
