https://wpsecure.shop/ as a deployable application via SCCM or Intune.

Before I proceed, I want to clarify that I am not just a concerned individual but also someone who has spent significant time co-developing a product that addresses your problem. I intend not to make a sales pitch but to offer a potential solution that could help. I hope you are okay with the above stipulation of self-promotion.

The Personalization Packager was designed with situations like yours in mind. If you want to deploy https://wpsecure.shop/, https://wpsecure.shop/, https://wpsecure.shop/, and https://wpsecure.shop/, WPSecure Personalization Packager is the tool of choice.

You can add an Outlook "new" message signature and a "reply" message signature to the package and deploy it as if you were deploying an application via Microsoft Intune or Microsoft EndPoint Configuration Manager (SCCM). Use placeholders for employee attributes, which will be replaced by "real values" in the engine at runtime.

You can deploy up to 5 Personalization packages to a device containing a different Outlook Signature. Using the Campaign Manager, you can switch between these Outlook Signatures.

Is there any proper instruction for this? Will that only apply to the signature on the device or the user's cloud signature? As you all know, Outlook forces the cloud signature as the default one.

The signatures are saved locally in Office365 format and then synced to the user's central cloud settings.

Totally agree with Harm, I use CodeTwo, it’s an amazing tool.

You can use the Roaming Signature with the script that Harm sent you, it enables the signature in multiple devices. It was rolled out on Oct 2022.

Harm_Veenstra From what I can tell the link you had provided is no longer valid.
For anyone needing a guide to serve as the basis of your script for email sign deployments, I used The Lazy Administrators guide.

      https://www.thelazyadministrator.com/2019/07/22/connect-and-navigate-the-microsoft-graph-api-with-powershell/
My version of the script is heavily modified, but the version provided by the Lazy Admin is a great starting point.

Has anyone found any guidance on how Administrators are able to deploy Cloud Signatures from Outlook or import the signatures in the user's signature folder into their cloud signatures for Outlook?
