Can I non compliant device be enrolled in Intune?
I am testing auto enrollment in using a gpo. The device is not compliant since there is no Bitlocker and bitLocker need to be configured. Is that the reason my device can't be enrolled ?
- sure , you need to enable the hybrid AD join feature in Azure AD connect to be able to enroll your devices into Intune . refer to the below link.

your devices are synced from On-premises?
yes, when when I create the user and the device join the domain, a few minutes after I see them in my Azure AD.
- what is the join type of your Devices in Azure ? is it Azure AD or Hybrid Azure Join ?
It's Azure AD registered. Is this a problem?
