calender sync issue with mobile in android
During testing I found behavior when I create meeting invite my desktop outlook later modifying same calendar invite in mobile devices android issue is the modifying update not sync up with outlook or owa. this is product bug or device level issue any one can help find the cause for this issue.

Are you using the Outlook app for Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=en_GB) or are you using ActiveSync on the device?
If you are using ActiveSync could you install the Outlook App for Android and let me know if the experience is the same?
