This is one of the reasons why the session pin will not be approved in our env.
Also, when you bring the phone from sleep, you need to tap the screen also, since it starts with screen saver. Hopefully MS improves the session PIN with future releases of MHS.
You can configure device PIN and share it with the users which will use that device (not professional imo).
Another approach would be to configure APP, that require app pin and trim it down that it will be required everytime the user opens Teams app. (bad from end-user's perspective)
