Autopilot misconfiguration
I have two devices that appear in Azure Active Direcotry as Autopilot Devices. They are enrolled in Endpoint Manager successfully and the devices are working fine. But, these two devices are NOT ...
- Apr 15, 2022I was able to delete the device from Azure AD by connect to Azure AD Powershell and running the Remove-AzureADDevice command.

You are correct, until you don't delete the devices from Autopilot you cannot delete them either from Azure or Intune.
but if the device has the AutoPilot icon on Azure it means it is autopilot and it should be found on Endpoint Manager > Devices > Enroll Devices > Devices > you should be able to find the device by Serial number, Manufacturer, and Model if not sure click on each device to find more maybe some more details on the right pane for that device help you.
