Autopilot Custom Image Deployment
Hi Guys! Is there a way that we can have separate autopilot image for each department. Like IT department could have separate autopilot image, Finance department could have separate autopilot image,...
As rahuljindal mentioed, autopilot is not for imaging a device. It uses the os that is preinstalled on a device.
We also use tags and work with different autopilot profiles, configurations etc.
For example:
IT - Autopilot Profile "IT" - Local Admins - no naming conenvtion or preinstalled software (device tag it)
Finance - Autopilot Profile "Finance" - Non Local Admin, Naming Convention, Standardsoftware (device tag fin)
Use dynamic groups for the different devices to automate the processes.
