Autopilot and sccm issue

Hi all, I want to deploy new machines with autopilot, swithing to this flow all the ones present in the task sequence we have now.

it seems that after installing sccm agent all the apps from intune stop installing...

How can I have all the apps installed with autopilot and the sccm agent too?
