Autopilot - Surface computers

I autopiloted surface computer and after I finished the autopilot I am not able to login to the computer. I enter my domain credentials and it is not allowing me to login. I was at work and I tried logging in there and could not which should not have had an issue, and I tried connecting to Wi-Fi and am trying to login with my regular credentials and it is not working.

What could be wrong. I am having same issues with 2 autopiloted surfaces.
