I found a solution that works for me, what you need to do is find the serial number of the device you are trying to enroll, switch off the device then wipe and delete all the old entries under that devices serial number. Then after you search for the serial number under devices and no more entries show up, try setting up the device. That works for me! Hopefully it works for you too

- Abcolg8Jan 19, 2023Copper ContributorJust rolled out 6 devices. only 1 device worked strait away the other devices took at least 5 or 6 factory resets before they would get a tick on the required apps. I still have 1 device that will not enroll
