Android enrolment stuck at installing apps
We are also using Dedicated Enrollment with Managed Home Screen and also seeing re-enrolled(Wiped) devices get stuck or doing it a very long time. Sending Reboot from Intune does not help. Did you have any success with this issue?
Hi, sadly we didn't find any resolution to this issue. In the end we had to enrol our devices via the token method which did install the apps as expected (for some reason?). I suspected it was something to do with Google and made a https://www.androidenterprise.community/t5/general-discussions/samsung-devices-getting-stuck-during-enrolment-when-using-zero/td-p/8999over on their forum to no avail.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. We use Google Zero Touch enrollment and also tried to enroll with QR method a cupel of times and one time it still took a long time but again in next time it enrolled quickly. Also tried different networks. Strange. Not sure what's the exact case.
