Android Dedicated shared devices asking for MS Authenticator
HI,
I'm setting up some Android dedicated shared devices for a Project and hit an issue where the device is forcing users to complete 2FA using the Microsoft authenticator app. We don't use MS Authenticator (We use DUO) so users can't get past this 2fa prompt.
Entering the 6 digit code from the Duo app son't work, and I can't seem to find out why it's trying to force the MS authenticator app.
Anyone have any ideas?
DUO is working fine for Windows, MACos and iOS devices, just seems to be android forcing MS.

- It's not SSPR in Azure that is forcing users to enroll?
- We don't use SSPR, and this only seems to impact new Android devices.
