Android configuration profil and updates management

Hello, I put in an android configuration profile a restriction on Freeze periods for system updates. When the date is in these periods, the phone's enrollment is not complete, no pin code request, no Intune installation and everything else...
I can't remove these freeze periods for system updates I can just change the dates. I can't find info on these freeze periods for system updates in the doc.

Smartphones are in Android Enterprise.

I need this lock because the latest android update has a problem with the microsoft launcher so is there a solution to use this lock and still be able to enroll?
