Add group to App assignment through Graph API

Hi All,

I'm looking for a solution for the following:

We have several Apps published in Intune which are assigned to groups. I would like to add a group to the assignment of about 5 apps. To minimize the risk of mistakes, I would like to do this with Graph API. I took the Intune samples from Github and rewrote a script a little. But I can't find a way to add a group to the current assignments. I'm only able to overwrite the assignment.

I added a sample of the script I have so far. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
