.intunewin Extraction

Do Microsoft provides any tool to extract .intunewin packages. Let's say i have converted a msi package to an .intunewin, but i will not be extract completely the package other than metadata and the content folder. 

Yes, we have also referred your blog, where you have provided the extraction logic, but in the same way does Microsoft provides a tool.
