I had the exact same experience. Tasks seemed to be unlimited and then—using basically the same feature in Cowork—I maxed out in a single day and was told to wait a month before using again. This is just absolutely awful and like a massive cut in our capabilities—particularly as a Premium subscriber. If Microsoft doesn't fix this I am absolutely leaving Copilot. I can't imagine a worse user experience.
