Yammer group migration

Hi ,

Can anyone please help me by answering the below queries? 

1) Is there any possiblity to migrate(Move/copy) existing Yammer group content (all content) to an alternative Yammer  group in the same network?
2) Is there any possiblity to  Exporting existing Yammer channel content (all content) to a backup archive solution, and what formats are available, what content is preserved, and what is not preserved.
