Windows Virtual Desktop - Installing Applications on VM in host pool

Hello,

We currently deployed WVD with 10 Azure VM in host pools using a managed image.

What would be the best practice here if we need to deploy some specific applications/software on the hosts in the future without doing a re-deployment using an updated managed image?
