Will OnSend feature work if I run outlook 365 using Chrome web browser on Android?

Hello experts,

nobody have answered here so I try to repeat my question.

My test add-in that implements On Send feature works properly if I use OWA on a desktop machine but doesn't work if I use an Android device (note that I do not use mobile Outlook for Android but use a web browser!).

Is this by design? Can I modify any settings server-side to change this behavior?
