VSTO C# code that allows me to hide Individual Tabs

Looking for code to process https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.controls.ribbon?view=netframework-4.8.RibbonTab 

Want to hide individual Ribbon tabs, just a few not all of them.  VSTO code adds a TAB and then keeps  1-2 others tabs visible, the other Ribbon Tabs I want  to hide.
