Visio when opening files from SharePoint Online document library

Visio when opening files from SharePoint Online document library. The files work fine if downloaded and opened on the native client.

Hello,

We are experiencing the exact same issue in Visio Online. Getting attached error message when trying to launch Visio files from Sharepoint and/or OneDrive. Anybody able to help out?
