Visio Plan - Strange Issues

Try this:
- Check Shape Grouping Behavior
- Instead of using Ctrl+A to select all parts, try selecting individual elements before grouping.
- Ensure that grouped shapes retain their original properties after saving.
- Save as Visio XML Format (.VDX) Before Closing
- Try saving your file as Visio XML (.VDX) before closing. This format preserves shape data better.
- Test in Safe Mode
- Open Visio in Safe Mode (visio /safe) to check if add-ins or startup items are causing issues.
