Visio outside Office 365 and Business premium with MFA

Hi!

I have a customer which has bought some licenses for Visio Standard 2016 and MS Project Standard 2016 outside Office 365 before they where migrating to Office 365.

We have installed Business Office Suite and are trying to activate MFA.

It works great for those users that have Visio bought through Office 365 but on the other users Visio and Project stops working when we activate MFA.

Anyone know if it´s exist a workaround for this issue or how we could fix it? When it´s time to upgrade Visio/Project they will do it from Office 365 but it´s still a valid license and good version of Visio/Project.
